- Helen Jordan Review added: 2018.01.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor aftercare service, brand new boiler broke down after 3 weeks. No next day engineers as mentioned on website. Customer service told us they 'aim to get someone out within two working days'. Poor when you have an infant and there's no hot water or heating in cold November. Company boasts about quality and customer service and we've seen neither.
