  This practice are incapable of placing a deceased animal in the correct packaging for an individual cremation. They then try to assure you that they have located the animal, after it had been 'lost' in cold storage for over two weeks under a large amount of dogs as they had "been busy that week with euthanasias" and contacted the cremation service to change the communal cremation instruction to individual. They assure you that the ashes they now have back are your animal only to then tell you, after they know you have been in contact with the RCVS and the cremation service, that now they are not sure because their computer records were not up to date and now do not know whether your pet was sent for a communal cremation or the animal they assured you was yours which they sent for cremation and changed to an individual was yours or that of an 'unidentifed cat or exotic. They have caused untold distress and have left a family distraught. This pet had been part of the family for nearly 17 years and is now scattered more than 60 miles away from us. If we had not pursued this relentlessy and done our own investigation they would, in my opinion, have let us believe the ashes they now hold were those of our pet. They have taken their facebook review facility down following my review on there. In my view they are at best grossly incompetent and at worst, from the discrepencies they have told us throughout this situation, dishonest. All of this review can be evidenced by written documentation myself and my wife have received from the practice.
